Can’t log in – Help

If you’re trying to log in and get an error message that says “Authentication Failed” please check the account numbers you’re entering. This error appears when an invalid account number is entered.

If you’re an Honored Citizen Member trying to register your new card and it says “Email and phone number already in use” you’ve already registered your old Honored Card and don’t have to register your new card again. Simply log in to your account with your user name to confirm and update your contact information. Forgot your user name and password? Click here.
